Adeola's love and passion for young girls stem from her experiences growing up as a young girl in her home country Nigeria, from being sexually molested and abused by family members, friends, and foes alike. Being constantly battered and destroyed physically and emotionally by her father, which dented her low self-esteem, led to a huge lack of self-identity, insecurity, and self-acceptance.
Adeola's firsthand experienced helps her to understand what it means to be and feel unwanted, alone, rejected, unaccepted, shut down, and physically, mentally, and emotionally abused. She desires that no young girl should experience anything she has experienced. Instead, Adeola seeks to create a safe haven for every young girl who feels alone, unaccepted, unloved, unheard, and unseen.
Adeola wants to be the little voice every little girl hears when they feel down, telling them, "you've got this, girl!" She wants to reassure young women that their experiences do not define who they are, who they were created to be, or who they should be. Adeola desires that even if it is just one girl she can speak to, that girl can certainly feel heard, seen, loved, and understood. She wants young women everywhere to know, "even though others might not understand you or they might have misused you and abused you, you are a diamond in the rough, gold passing through the fire."
