Life is full of ups and downs, with plenty twists and turns, and at times, challenges that can be overwhelming. When you are working hard and chasing your dreams, it can feel like a constant battle, and it's easy to feel discouraged when faced with these obstacles. However, the key to succeeding lies in your perseverance and your unwavering decision to never give up.
Persisting is not just about pushing through difficult moments but also about embracing your particular journey to greatness. Every setback is an opportunity that can lead to your growth and and deeper learning if you allow it. So when you face challenges, instead of seeing it as the end of the road, you can choose to use those challenges as stepping stones to greatness. You have to know that the most successful people in history, from inventors like Thomas Edison to athletes like Michael Jordan, faced numerous failures before achieving their goals. Let their stories remind you that resilience is often more important than talent.
God never said the road will be easy. John 16:33 (NKJV); These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you [a]will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. Which means challenges are a part of life. Instead of running away or hiding from them, embrace the challenges you face because every mess has a message and every struggle comes with a valuable lessons that can shape you into a stronger person. When you push through tough times, you are able to build character and fortitude. Which not only help you in achieving your goals but also prepares you for future challenges because they never end.
So when the going gets tough? The tough gets going because it is important to find
sources for motivation. You have to have people around you that influence you positively; people that can speak life and hope; love and peace constantly into you. It can be a friend, a close family member or somebody on the internet that can pour into you the motivation you need to stand in difficult times. You have to constantly remind yourself of "Your Reason" "Why do you have to keep going?" Whatever you need to do to ensure you keep moving; write down your goals because they give you a clear vision. And always remember, giving up is NOT an option.
Isaiah 40:31 (NIV): “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” You have to constantly believe that God will bring you through ANY situations. That is the one way to keep yourself going! Faith in God and His abilities to lead you right and guide you on the right path helps you heart when it is about to grow weary. Remember, you cannot do life on your own expecting to figure it all out. Many times, we get burnt out because we rely on our own faith.
Finally, remember: no matter what you are going through, NEVER GIVE UP! The road may be long, rough and difficult, but staying the course is essential to reaching your goal and the beautiful rewards of perseverance are immeasurable. Every effort you put in, every moment you choose to rise after a fall, brings you closer to your dreams. Embrace the journey, learn from the struggles, and keep pushing forward. Your resilience will lead you to places you never imagined possible.
"In the face of every challenge, there is an opportunity for growth; keep pushing forward, for the strength within you is greater than any obstacle around you." A. Oladele
